I'm currently 18 years old, 5'7, and I hover right around 157 pounds. I have been working out for almost 4 years now and I have good definition throughout my body except for my abs. For some reason I can't seem to figure out how to cut the fat without having to sacrifice any size. So here's what I have. ** * * *
Day 3 - Back/Bis*
Deadlift 3x6*
Bent Over Row 4x8*
Pullups(Wide Grip) 5x5*
Barbell Curls 4x10
Hammer Curls 4x10*
Isolation Curls 4x10*
I try do do each body part twice a week and of course I smash out my abs at the end of each session. I generally try to target about 300 reps focusing on 100 per section of abdominals(upper, lower, obliques) I know I need to implement some type of cardio in order to shed the fat but I'm not sure on what is the best option for someone who hates cardio. Any input would be great. Thanks.*
