Me too ... but my "double cheeseburger" was actually a whopper with cheese, medium fry, washed down with a side order of double-stacker deliciousness. Feels good to be bulking (not that I didn't eat that way while cutting as well)

That sucks man. I picked up jogging on the reg since I stopped cutting (I had weaned myself off of cardio in the last few weeks to keep a tighter grip on cals)--I really started it to get a tan, but am enjoying it on a , dare I say "spiritual" level. No ipod, I find it very monastic. Anyway, I'm wondering if I'm better off from a bulking standpoint without it. At this point, I like being "fit," as in somebody who doesn't tire out easily, as much as I like looking fit. I guess I'll just keep an eye on the scale.

When a product makes a claim, it needs evidence to back that claim. If I sell magic rocks that keep away leprechauns, I can't say "They are proven to work because you can't prove they're not working". His claims are like a snake oil salesman, and they aren't backed- they are false.
I guess that explains why wild predators are so healthy, after all they pick only the healthiest animals from a pack to kill...... oh wait, they always kill the weak sickly ones.
Organic is a marketing scheme. Especially at a local farmers market where there's little to no regulation. If it makes you happy to spend the money, go ahead and buy your happiness. But keep the snake oil stupidity to yourself- no need to try to drag down other people.IIFYM..... is it science or a cult?
Look how stupid I was:

^ My favorite nlite quote to date.
I really enjoy running. Problem is the only time I have to go jogging is on my post call days ... and it's 104-106 in the Texas heat right now. I almost killed my year-and-a-half old lab on my last run almost 2 months ago. Between miles 3 and 4 at 14:30 in the afternoon he just stopped and laid down in the road. I had to carry his heavy furry ass 500 meters or so back to the house, up the stairs, and dump him in an ice cold shower for a good 15 minutes before he'd do much of anything. I'd just gotten back from Haiti and was somewhat used to moving in the heat - he wasn't. I'll get back to pounding pavement when it either gets a bit cooler or my schedule calms down enough that I can manage some evening runs. Like I said ... for now I'm doing good if I don't have to skimp on my trips to the gym.
I love running, but I love heavy iron more.
I mostly miss the tan I was getting on my afternoon jogs.

Holy crap how did I miss this gem!! I actually believe in eating eating local foods when it's comparable in price or exceptional in quality. I believe in it more from a economic standpoint than any organic vegan hippy crap. Supporting a local farmer has the potential to create smaller markets that can't be controlled through subsidies/corporate monopolies. However, to do this the product needs to be comparably priced or superior in quality or its a doomed business model. If nothing else I would rather give my money to the guy up the road than Sams Club.
