My Name is Nathan Tanis. 16yrs of age, 5'7" and 142lb. I started off approximately 6 months ago and ever since i have dedicated myself to be the best i can possibly be! Not long ago i decided to hire a coach to help me out with a few things and hopefully fast track my progress a bit. After looking around for a few weeks i could not go past 3D Muscle Journey, I started with them as of the 11th August 2011 and My primary contact is Alberto Nunez! haha just started my own workout journal, looked at yours and realised how similar they are. Only real difference is i have Jeff Alberts and you have Alberto lol.

Okay, So i went thru a LOT of Fruit Loops today The first time i have tried them was about a week ago and i don't think i will be going another day of my life with out at least 1 fruit loop haha. My 5 Favorite foods in order would have to be: Fruit Loops.... Proats.... Peanut Butter.... Microwaved Protein Cake.... Roo Sausages (Mmmmm Roo ). Macros today were 173/400/69. So i got up this morning stumbled to the toilet, then made my way to the scales... 145.3lb :O Heaviest i have ever been! Hope everyone enjoyed my Whimpy little Squats Haha. Oh and also, I should have some Food P0rn to come very soon.

Cardio
MISS: 400Cal
Energy was pretty low for the day which really sucked! I wasn't really looking forward to doing cardio. All of a sudden when i walked into the gym BOOM! a huge burst of energy, I got my 400Cal done and i am pretty sure i could of done another 400 no problem. Lately my diet has been reasonably bland and boring so i decided i was gonna whip up something nice today. I ended up deciding on Pizza toast (have not had that in over a year). My first bite into it, OMG all the tastes just exploded in my mouth! At that very point it seemed like nothing mattered besides me getting thru this pizza LOL. Ill post a pic up to show you all how good it was .

**Quick update from yesterday
Rest day was great! Spent the day out of town buying some new Supplements, Myofusion PB, ON Casein PB and Creatine Mono. Sort of got a little lost in Melbourne too (Hangs head in shame). Macros were 175/401/75 had some yogurt for the first time in a very long time LOL was soooo good! Weight was 142lb on the Dot

I'll have to give that a try once my order comes in this week. I haven't had MyoFusion in a loooong time.
Keep plugging away, man! One comment on the vid you posted. You've got a fair amount of lateral movement in your knees when you squat. Everything else looked pretty good (depth, keeping chest up, etc.) but really be careful with those knees. When they buckle in like that you're just asking for knee problems further down the road.

I have tried many different types of protein to make proats but the texture always seemed to come out not quite right, Myofusion seems to be just perfect tho What flavor are you getting?
Yeah i agree with you about my knees, I have gotta try to correct that. I took a video about 3-4 days before the above one was taken, Same weight and attempted the same reps (5), I got to the bottom of the 5th rep and the bar just wasn't gonna come up! Ended up having to get down on my knees and put the bar on the rails LOL

Today was originally going to be a rest day but here is how it ended up... So I was relaxing at home and suddenly I just wanted to SQUAT!! I wasn't due to do a training session until tomorrow but it couldn't hurt to Train today instead As i was getting ready to head off to the gym I was getting an incredible adrenaline Rush, I knew that this was going to be a training i wouldn't soon forget. I loaded up the bar, put the lifting belt on and said to my self "Their I WILL get a PR with these squats, I WILL get 3 sets of 5!" So I got under the bar got the first 5 reps down and racked the bar. Still had that crazy adrenaline rush well i was impatiently waiting to start my next set. When it was time i got under the bar and done it again, Almost didn't make the 5th rep. Before i knew it, it was time to start my 3rd set. As i powered thru the 4th rep i knew that my mind was NOT going to let me fail! I completed the 5th rep and as i was about to rack the bar i thought, whats the worst thing that can happen if i try for just 1 more... So i took the step back and went for another, I got down and half way thru the way back up my anus told me that i had worked to hard and let out some wind LOL As i tried to push thru the ground i made it up and had done 6 reps, beating my previous workout by 2 reps. When i turned around their was a guy that had just finished a set of DB Incline presses looking at me funny.. Oh crap, Shiiit he must of heard my gas Embarrassing but none the less i was happy and very proud of my self for a new PR
Macros today were at 185/440/80 Berto bumped em up a bit . Weight today was at an all time high of 145.9lb

Your lucky that you can buy protein of BB.com! They wont ship protein to Australia because of our strict customs, Aussies have to spend a good $90 if we want a tub of Myofusion . Make sure you let me know what you think of the 3 flavors, I have only tried Peanut Butter and i love it! Thinking about getting some Cookies & cream too
