Rest Day
I decided that i would find something interesting to do on my rest day and what better to do than trim my leg hairs LOL They have gone from looking like mans butt to a recently shaved vagina! Weight was back to normal after reaching an all time high yesterday, 143.5lb today. Am gonna go stay at my sisters place in Melbourne for the night, Ill try to snag a pic of her room mate well im their (not srs). She 18 years old, about 5ft 5, skinny and blonde and im going to be sleeping about 6ft away from her bed Oh and being in Melbourne for the night means ill be training at Doherty's (Legendary gym) in Brunswick Wednesday morning, Woo-Hoo Can't wait!

I could actually do calf raises with out having to add a heap of dumbbells to the stack LOL I also got my mother to buy me a lifting belt for my birthday which is on the 2nd of November. Unfortunately didn't have access to a scale this morning so i can't do a weight update . Still managed to track my macros though, 185/441/80.

I was in Melbourne for the day so i thought, why not train at Doherty's today I attempted squatting 243lb (110kg) for the first time today. Finished up completing the 3 sets of 5 reps i was aiming for. Then moved on to bench pressing, Last time i benched i managed to get the reps i was aiming to get so i upped the weight this time... Only could get the 4 reps on the first set so i was a bit disappointed with that. Lowered the weight slightly for the remanding sets and got 5 and 4 reps. Put the weight up slightly on the upright barbell rows and got all reps done. Also got a PR for reps on seated DB curls. 3 PR's in a single session, Pumped Baby!! Macros today were very nice 185/590/110 (High day), Weighed in today at 145.3lb. And a quick shot of last nights dessert.

Rest Day
Weight was 146.8lb today (Almost an all time high!)
Some of you may know and some of you probably won't but i have an extremely low Testosterone, The last test results i got back were about a month ago (Ill put an attachment of the results at the bottom of this post). I got another test done on the 26th of this month and i should get to see the results from that tomorrow. I will be going to see an Endo doctor tomorrow so hopefully she will be able to help me out a bit! I have had a CT scan to see if i had a tumor on my Pituitary gland and it came back clear so i am still unsure of the cause of the low Test. My doctor said that if we don't end up finding out what the cause is that i might have to go on Hormone replacement therapy... I am positive that doing that is not what i want to do! I will post up the results from the previous test and any other news i get from the Endo tomorrow.

Okay, So i went to see the Endo about my Low T Levels... Got the results from my last blood test and it came back that my Testosterone was basically right in the middle of the average levels for someone of my age! I had a fair good idea that it was on its way back up, Libido was starting to come back, as was chest hair and the amount of facial hair. I almost had a very awkward moment when she was checking out my testicles.... Yup you guessed it LOL was starting to get a hard on! Luckily it was only just starting to pop up as she was finishing up playing around with it The female doc was ~25-30 years old and was SMOKIN' HOT!! HAHA. Anyway we are still unaware of what caused the first test to be so low, I will probably be getting it tested again late next month to see if it is still in the normal range.
Onto another part of my day. When we were on our way home I passed a pretty big sports store so i thought why not stop and take a quick look at what they've got. Walked out of the store $650 lighter...

Really solid session, Strength was to the roof! I attempted 5 reps on the sumo deadlifts, When i was half way up on the last rep i guess i was pulling too hard and i started to fall back I fell on my ass and dropped the bar against the right shin LOL took a good bit of skin off with some blood. Macros at 185/440/80 and weight 146.6lb.

I'm going to be super critical of your posing, only because someone did that for me and it helped a lot.
-Blow your air (ALL of it) out on every pose except for FDB. If you blow it out of your FDB then your rib cage collapses and you lose some waistline definition.
-Be conscious of your legs at all times. You have to flex them just as hard as your upper body.
-Side Chest/Tri: Really sit down in the pose. You've got the right idea with spiking your calf, but you can use the leg that isn't visible (left in the side chest) to push your hamstring out a little bit and make it look bigger. Flex your hams and glutes HARD.
-RDB: Good job not crunching your rhomboid together. You're hitting the upper body portion just fine, but remember to blow your air out. For lower body, make sure you're spiking that calf HARD and try to flare your leg out some it shows a little more quad sweep. Also, try sitting back in this pose just a bit to bring out some hamstring definition.
RLS: I can't tell if it's just the angle, but it looks like your arms are uneven...fix that. Same advice for lower body as in the RDB.

Thanks heaps for the constructive criticism Wade, its always welcomed.
When you said my arms look uneven of on the RLD i think that it was actually my whole body being off balance from not sitting my left foot in the correct position, I know what you mean about flexing quads in the FDB, because my legs don't have much of muscle mass on them i find it hard to flex them in that position. Luckily i will not have to perfect my posing for a long time until i get in any sort of condition to compete LOL. I will practice a bit of posing tomorrow and see if i can implement some of the advice that you gave me

Weight was an all time high today at 150.6lb, Never before been over 150lb!
Cardio was a real grinder today, after dripping with sweat and my shirt being drenched i finally got thru it lol. Kyle i have no idea how you push thru over 1000Cal every day. True inspiration!

Woke up today at 148.2lb. Then went on to preparing breakfast, while i was eating i checked my email... Message from Berto, gotta drop carbs by 40 Not a great start to the day LOL Actually getting some good weather around here which was great! Some of you may and some of you may not know that i'm currently going thru depression. Its weird because the better the weather is outside the better i feel. So besides Berto dropping my carbs the day went great! Class felt like it was over before it started, Cardio was a breeze and another PR for weight on squats

Nope he got back to me the next day and said i get them back, at 185/440/80 at the moment. I have gained about 7lb in 3-4 weeks so i think it might get dropped soon though. Hope not because it seems that I've gained a fair amount of muscle in that time frame, Deadlift gone up ~50lb, squat up ~30lb.
Yeah weather gonna be shiit for the next week
How long is it until you start prepping??

Felt good today. Took 2 scoops of Novem and a 200mg caffeine tablet pre-workout. Walked into the gym buzzing! Stepped under the rack and did 20 reps of the bar then slowly upped the weight until it hit 265lb. I have never attempted 265lb for reps so i wasn't quite sure how I'd go, Finished the first set and racked it. Just pushed thru the next set then said to myself "I'm not holding back!" I will push thru every rep until my legs give way! Finished with 4 reps, was aiming for 5 but i can't say that im disappointed with gettin 4. Next went on to bench press, previous best was 154lb x 5,5,3 so i was determined to best that! I actually surprised my self by getting 5,5,5 Pumping out the PR's baby!!!
