    You look great, and you're sitting at about 10% or 11% (pic is washed out so it's hard to make out the definition)
    I'd cut for another two weeks to 170 and about 8% to see how you look and feel at that bodyfat - IMO you'll be looking fantastic at that weight and bf
    After that I'd plan to lean bulk slowly to around 180

    I guess most of the consensus here is to cut. The weather is getting colder here though and summer is ending, does that change much? Need more opinions please.

    If you don't feel the need to look amazing right at the moment (not beach season...) then you could definitely go on a bulk. But you would look beastly after a cut.

    Great size and frame...agree with cut...I say cut for 4 weeks - you will look amazing and u'll be primed for some great lean gains with a clean bulk throughout fall and winter. Good luck!
