You look great, and you're sitting at about 10% or 11% (pic is washed out so it's hard to make out the definition)
I'd cut for another two weeks to 170 and about 8% to see how you look and feel at that bodyfat - IMO you'll be looking fantastic at that weight and bf
After that I'd plan to lean bulk slowly to around 180"Better to wear out than rust out!"

I think you could go either way here. You could add more mass or cut; it is really up to you. Either way, if you remain consistent, you will definitely end with positive results! Train hard and stay motivated!
