Thread title.
Basically - if you are on a bulk and your missus is watching her weight what do you normally do for lunch/dinner etc? Do you eat the same things but you have a bigger portion? Do you cook 2 separate meals? Or do you just eat more food throughout the rest of the day?

but maybe she has problems if you eat big portions all the time in front of her? could be more difficult for her than for you.

uhh seems pretty clear-cut. wife stays in kitchen making you sandwiches, thereby burning calories and doing her damn duty. she feeds you the sandwiches --> you on that bulk time cuzzz. everyone wins

put vodka in a clear water bottle and chug it throughout the day. it looks just like water so she wont suspect anything. take a swig of listerine if she is going to be close enough to smell your breath.
