Hey guys Im just coming off of a 7 week cut in which I dropped 15lbs. After making my bulking diet last night, I was debating on if I should have a cheat meal and it kind of turned into a whole day event lol. My day went a little something like this.... * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
meal 1- 1/2 cup overnight oats, two scoops protein, and peanut butter. (nothing too extreme)
meal 2- 2 donuts before church, and a hand full of chocolate candy
meal 3- 2lbs steak, chicken, rice, beans, cheese*burrito (from Izzos) also a basket of chips and salsa, and sweet tea
meal 4- 1 pint of Ben and Jerrys everything ice cream *
workout (leg day)
meal 5- more overnight oats and protein powder
meal 6- another pint of Ben and Jerrys half cooked cookie dough
meal 7- 2 Wendys value meal bacon cheese burgers, 5 piece nuggets, and a huge chocolate cookie
After all of this food Im only up 4.5 lbs of water weight and Im not really feeling bad. Needless to say that this is going to be my last cheat day for AWHILE!
