so im trying to loose weight ,i've been doing some weight lifting and HIIT cardio. a week ago i started to feel pain in the middle of my chest, so noe im weighting for some check ups and uktra sound \and such wich will be only next month! so i cant do anything that involves my chest muscles without pain..what should i do? only leg days and caardio? just cardio? stay fat?haha
