Not really the one to want to show it off. I do it more as a challenge towards myself etc.
No clen. I found that once I did get into the gym i stay relatively lean unless I go completely off the rails with the diet. (even then I don't go too high bodyfat wise)
And thanks for the advice. I actually gave these a go lastnight when my training partner suggested them. Seems ok so going to keep giving them a go.Big natty nutsac

Che cuzzie :P Cardio comes from boxing usually 3 times a week. Not too sure on calories but in the region of 2.5k im guessing :S Yup pretty much. Nah didn't start off eating like this when I first began lifting. I still drink milk (Coffee and protein shake) Nice. Yeah def an easy way to get nutrition in. I haven't had any bad feedback from my GP either. cholesterol's fine etc.
