Not really the one to want to show it off. I do it more as a challenge towards myself etc.

I believe you about no celltech esp after the progress pics, did you do clen or just have the calories closely tracked and managed?

edit: btw if you can't do heavy squats due to poor lower back maybe try heavy box squats and do rack pulls in place of full deads.

No clen. I found that once I did get into the gym i stay relatively lean unless I go completely off the rails with the diet. (even then I don't go too high bodyfat wise)

And thanks for the advice. I actually gave these a go lastnight when my training partner suggested them. Seems ok so going to keep giving them a go.

Cardio comes from boxing usually 3 times a week. Not too sure on calories but in the region of 2.5k im guessing :S

Yup pretty much. Nah didn't start off eating like this when I first began lifting. I still drink milk (Coffee and protein shake)

I am impressed I do same exact routine 6 days a week. Gained 25 pounds so far since Jan. I just need to eat more than I havve been >.> **** my height. GJDM
