    bulk for six months now want to get to 10% bf

    i went from 190 to 215 and ready to cut down for hallowreen...can i acheive a 10% by oct 31?
    and what you think i need to hit harder and what you say my bf is...any info and help is greatly appreciated....ohh and the last pic is when i was at 185-190

    I think you're like 15-16% right now.. going down to 10% in 11 weeks or so... not something imaginary, but it's not gonna be a walk in the park. Depends on how much time you have for this process at the current period.

    i think your about 14%, In my Avatar I was 16% so judge from there. Looks like a decent bulk and should shape up quite nicely with a successful cut

    Well im going to put my all into it..I was bulking around 4000 a day no cardio...what i plan on doing is add cardio after workout and decreas my calories to aboutyou 2000 or so...but if you not 10% bf it will be damn close.....was the bulking any good

    When i lift hard I can see my veins go through my arms into my upper chest with no cardio...just guess you have to keep at it...man i hate being below 200....you think beingt around 200 will... achieve my.... goal of i have to go way below that?

    A prominent cephalic vein is caused by venous return, genetics, and skin tightness. Do not think just because you can see your veins you are necessarily thin. I know guys at 16-20% body fat who have a prominent vein. I also know guys at 10% who have no vein.

    You can definitely get close to it if you put hard work in. You are lucky in that you carry your fat very well compared to most people, especially in your midsection. Even if you only get down to 11 or 12%, you will still look very good (no homo).
