1 Month worth of bulking. Eating basically 300 cals over maintenance. Routine was madcow 5x5. Any noticeable difference? Before and after* Any recommendation and critique would be much appreciated. Should I up my calories even more? I'm planning on bulking at least another month before a cut. Thoughts?

gotta wait at LEAST two months man, more like three...1 isn't really a good meter for anything besides water weight unless yourhorrificallyout of shape
