It took me a while to reach 250 and then I shot up to 315 or more. Getting from 350 to 425+ was not easy. OP you're a beanpole bro, what do you expect? I have to have my pants custom made or buy up a few sizes and take in the waist to accomodate the legs. Keep squatting deep - even if it's 95 Lbs. like the guy above, and it will come.

I squat, but don't usually go over about 160 because my knees are sorta sketchy. I went for a long time where I didn't work my legs, but I bike, hike and snowboard, so they were still ok. They're better though with moderate weight training.

Guess I'm part of the 18% then (just without the e-statting). My numbers are nothing amazing as I work out alone with standard squat spotters (not a rack) so going real heavy is not the best idea. I do squats at the end of my workout so my legs are usually tried as phuark! Only did 245x3 yesterday to end with (weak sauce I know).
