Pulling Power Exercise speed work: Bent over rows6 sets of 3 reps with 65-70% of normal 3-5 rep max

Hypertrophy pulling movement: Rack chins3 sets of 8-12 reps

Hypertrophy pulling movement: dumbbell rows2 sets of 12-15 reps

Notes: I am taking the AminoX intra-workout. Today was a good day to put it to the test since it was a hypertrophy day. I felt good about this workout and was able to push through the workout with minimal rest as hypertrophy workouts require. I am begininng of this log with the Watermelon AminoX
Taste: Awesome, on point with watermelon jolly ranchers
Mixability: Great. This mixed with no problems being stirred in shaker cup. Remember, not to shake it
Effectiveness: Too early to determine, but I had no problems getting through hypertrophy day.

Notes: I felt good about this workout. I went up on Lying leg curls and everything else remained the same. This was another hypertrophy day which of course means little rest between sets. I was able to push through the workout with minimal rest between reps. I am enjoying the flavor and mixability of AminoX as well

Ouch this workout looks like a killer! You are what they call a very strong man.
Anna516 shook and it blew the lid off her shaker per her log so that could be it. NO XPLODE will do it too. I know that from experience
It def has a tangy/carbonated taste to it so I believe it builds up some pressure when shaken, but I'd have to see it to believe it. Maybe it depends on the shaker cup (how much extra room/air is in there when shaken). I'd like to this on Myth Busters...
