Premature Ventricular Contraction - Would appreciate any support

About 5 years ago, some 2 years after my panic attacks began, I started noticing an uncomfortable (although initially not scary) 'jump' in my chest which felt as though my throat or asophagus was spasming/twitching without a dicernable cause. At first I attributed the odd sensations to my acid reflux; perhaps the gas in my stomach was simply displacing the space in my throat and causing me to feel a sudden puff of air. One night, as I lay in bed, I happened to be noticing my heart rate while situated on my back under the covers. I then felt the bewildering JUMP, only to notice a disruption in the normal rhythm of my heart rate soon after: "Dum dum.. dum dum.. dum dum.............. KA-THUMP!!!.....ba-dum-dum-dum... dum dum... dum dum.." And so on...
    I was alarmed. Shocked.

Afraid I was about to die.
In my own mind, I had taken such good care of my physical health, the thought of having my HEART of all things fight back against me seemed almost inconceivable. But here I am, 3 years after noticing the issue, still plagued by the same 'benign' issue that came so many years ago and before the onslought of testing to come.

To this point, I have had more lab tests than I could name.. here's just a few:
    At least 10 EKG's
    2 Echo's
    5 CBC's
    5 BMP's
    3 Thyroid Tests
    Lupus Test
    Rheumatoid Factor Test
    Nerve Tests
    2 Brain MRI's
    1 MR-Angiogram
    3 Heart Monitors (event-type)
    1 Holter Monitor
    3 Electrolyte tests
    Troponin Test
    Colonoscopy
    ALL STD Tests
    B-Vitamin Test
    Vitamin-D Test
    Anti-DNA Factor with Titer
    Lyme Disease Test
    Magnesium Test
    Albumin Test
    H. Pylori Test
    Full Cardiac Panel Test
    Liver Enzyme Test
    2 Glucose Tests
    Amylase Test
    ANA Test with Titer
    Cholesterol Test
    Sjorgen's AB test
    Cryoglobulins Quantitiation Test
    Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Test
    Total CK Test
    Hepatitis C test
    SED Rate Test
    Complete Metabolic Panel
    Calcium Test
    Asthma Tests
And to add to it, about 15 trips to Urgent Care, 3 Ambulance Rides, and 2 ER Trips

ALL of the above have come back normal, healthy, and within range with the exception of the Calcium which was only ever SLIGHTLY elevated but during testing it hovered between slightly elevated and within range, so it isn't abnormal. Also, my albumin was slightly high, which they said happens in somewhat high-protein diets.
I struggle every day with these heart palpitations, panic attacks, breathing problems, and random spells of dizziness and disorientation which have taken over my life. I simply to not know what to do anymore.
I consider myself bright, young, and supposedly healthy, but it feels like my body is fighting back against me and preventing me from reaching my potential. I feel sick so I can't workout sometimes, sometimes feel like I'm dying, and I'm just general affraid every day of ending up in a box.
If anyone here has had similar experiences with this, especially the heart palpitations, I would love to compare notes.

    Thanks for reading.

Just because you have heart issues does not mean your heart is the root problem. This explains why all the tests revealed nothing wrong with your heart. A year ago, I had similar issues (palpitations, dizziness, even bleeding gums, and dentals and the heart are strongly linked) and it turned out I had overworked my central nervous system, which overstressed my adrenal glands, which stressed my thymus gland, which stressed my heart. All my heart issues were due to my heart overcompensating for other overstressed parts of my body, so, technically, my heart was functioning exactly as it was supposed to in that situation.

Find a doctor that does "nutrition response testing." Call some local chiropractors or do a little googling. You will find the root cause of your problem.

i know that feel bro (srs). suffered from panic attacks and that same thump feeling you describe. I went to the cleveland clinic (one of the best cardiologist programs in the world) and got checked. I had ekgs, 24 hour*monitor, holter*monitor*(month long), echo, and blood work done. everything came back normal. I have since basically overcame my anxiety and the heart thumps have since gone away as well. when something like zyzz's passing happens it brings back all those anxious feelings. You must realize if you have gotten checked and everything is clear, the chances of anything being wrong are very slim. and echo would show any thickening of the ventricle walls and ekgs would show and arthymias. stay strong brother!

Think positive, get plenty of rest, sleep good, avoid stims, eat often, avoid sugars. I have them mostly when I get poor sleep quality(sleeping late but wake up early due to internal clock). Palpitations mostly due to anxiety. Mind/body lie sometimes.

bumping this....i have PVC's which started from stress a year ago. I had a panic attack in October 2012 and now they are much much worse. Constant fatigue, anxiety which just makes them worse, horrible thumping in my chest constantly.....you name it

All my heart tests came back normal just like yours, but the doc put me on beta blockers to ease the symptoms.

if one part of your cells are out of homeostasis your body is all out of homeostasis... hopefully like an above poster said its a chain reaction you can fix. Hormones and glands are all connected together and can cause a whole bunch of other problems if one is out of whack

dude... i know this feel 100% srs, but never have bothered to go get tests done (stupid I know)
it all started when i stupidly decided to smoke the green while on EC, bad fckin idea. i had panic attacks everytime i smoked, and i would always convince myself it was nothing, it wouldnt happen again but it did

so i quit cold turkey, havent smoked the green in abt 4 months, but i still from time to time get palpitations, although they don't worry me much, just feel weird
i get this weird tightness in my chest, and then i feel a single strong heart beat and i can hear a thud, and everything is back to normal, usually feel a little faint feeling afterwards, but am back to normal within seconds. sux breh. also feel weird dull sensations in chest from time to time

Ever heard of a vasovagal response? not saying this is it but worth checking out. I know that for myself I had a ER ambulance trip because I thought my heart was going to explode. prior to then I had my vision blacking out and had to lie down at a friends house. Every time i got up and did anything which was more active than being sedentary i felt that trigger or response that I would pass out. I'm not sure wtf it is but I'm definitely 'In my head' at these moments. The next day i kept having numb sensations in my hands etc, or I felt floaty and kind of spaced out. Like i could control all my movements but they felt numb or as if i wasnt in my hands or something. I'm not sure what that was all about, I had an ecg and nothing came up. A lot of the times when i spend my time thinking about that or how my heart may be I feel chest sensations. When im not thinking about that and being busy or active those sensations are not there.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasovagal_response

i hope we are all just being paranoid and that we are fine.

Meh don't be. As long as she follows up with pulmonologist (respiratory) doctors, and gets a cpap/bi pap machine to ensure adequate ventilation during sleep, she will be fine. Literally changed my life, then I lost the weight and no longer need it.

My heart had PVC's and a whole list of other problems during a night stay at the hospital for testing.

i think a lot of this just comes down to fear of death. if death wasn't so frightening and unknown then we may just brush off these heart palpitations. brb that thought it could all end when your just doing groceries... that feel when everyone around you doesn't know what your experiencing and can't do anything to help but your quickly dying. Feels bad man.

    Yea I know that feel.

It is where periodically during sleep you stop breathing, and you're heart suffers from being deprive oxygen. I had sever pulmonary obstructive sleep apnea, stopped breathing 174 times per hour. Was not allowed to drive until I had my machine up and running for 3 weeks. Still drove lol.

Damn man. I'm nowhere near qualified to help ya, but I remember when I was still fat, one day I woke up (christmas morning....srs), and was having super intense pains on the left side of my chest that radiated down my entire left arm. I went to the hospital and got all the tests done and everything was fine, but was scary as phuck. Hope you figure it out man.
