Basketball practice started last night. It's 7-9 year old boys and I kept it moving pretty good. When I told them practice was over, let's say team on 3...one boy was missing. I looked up and he was crying by his mom.

She looked at him kinda crazy and said "What's wrong??".
He said "Coach made me run too much."
She looked him dead in the eye and said "Shut up and get over in that circle boy"

There is no need to track bball as an Iowa fan. Making it to the NIT is a good season for us. The big tourny is considered an amazing accomplishment here.

Maybe we can take the month of December where we usually play a bunch of cupcakes at home and get better and more prepared for the ACC. If we get swept by Duke and State in the same season I may go off the grid for a while.
