Nice work NC. Reading this strong workout gets me motivated for the gym today.
I have the EFTS P2 Power belt and love it so far. It doesn't take long to break in. I haven't had any other belt so I can't really compare it to say an Inzer or any other. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Belts, watch ebay buy two, vary the sizes for whatever you need...they are already broken in and you have belts for life. My gym is full of belts I have found cheap.

I gotcha. I know some places have been in the single digits this week, and even below zero up north I guess. It's usually the same here with schools, but there actually is ice on the road here this morning. It will be up above freezing in an hour or two though and hopefully the roads will be ok.

You just have to be consistent with checking (especially Craig's List).
I'm pretty well set on everything I need for a gym. Sure there are lots more bells and whistles I want but I can be patient and pick and choose the best deal if something comes up.
Basically if I can low ball someone that's looking to move stuff fast...I hop on itBetter Body Sports

Dat dere squat leverage/stone/continental shelf
I think I'm sticking with mixed.
I felt like I was able to dip my ass lower with mixed and it just felt so much better. I'm going to be smart about it though and monitor my bicep and ice after every session that I pull mixed.Better Body Sports

decent day man. i think hook is a stronger grip in general but i don't really see the huge scare of bicep tear either
