Don't sweat the missed dead man. If you rest up for the meet, and since you already hit 550 x 2, you ought to hit 570.

My form was OFF today. I didn't get it together til I hit my last 2 reps of 345. For some reason I wasn't sitting back enough...this shot my knees forward which then took the weight off my heels. Basically it was a chain reasction clusterF.
I can hit this weight but I just need to get my form together. See what happens when you stop squatting 2 X per week???

I think everything was form yesterday. On my opener and my 2nd, the weight was on the middle/balls of my feet as well. I think 400 was just too heavy to recover from bad form like the others. Everything felt good otherwise...lift off, the descent, coming out of the hole and then BOOM!!
I think next week I'm going to shoot for 370 X 1 and 390 X 1 and the maybe a backoff set of 3-5.
I still need one so don't feel bad
