Definitely agree with Agile 8 being great for hips. I've been slacking on it for a bit now, but when my piriformis starts giving me troubles (sometimes leading to sciatica flare-ups depending on severity), this is one thing that i can't live without.
and, oh yeah...good lifting

That's a good sign. I like to divert attention away from my training
Still waiting on that PM.......
I've been LOVING it. I've also been adding in some bodyweight box squatting, hamstring stretching and some PVC rolling to my upper and lower back. My numbers may suck but darn if I don't feel like a million bucks
The only thing that makes my pressing intense would be if I ate 3 Chipotles and half a pack of exlax for my pre workout meal
It doesn't make you homo in the least.....
I've seen it in the past but I guess when Hoss wanted to do it, it became cool, so I had to do it too...
Check it out...I picked up a lacross ball from Dick's Sporting Goods for a whopping $2.99.
I also like to put it on my upper back and lean against the wall and crush my upper back or really dig into my lower back as well. I also use it on my bicep.Better Body Sports

For lazy ass. For those days when you do a set, bull**** for 5 minutes with your partner, do another set, change the music, do a set, and call it a day.

OK...I let it slide once but when you say "still" owns UNC, it leads me to believe you're trolling and not in touch with reality...
Let's look at the facts....
Dook just beat us at home which makes me want to rip out my eyeballs and eat them for post workout protein. They have bragging rights until we play (and hopefully beat) them in Cameron. The rivalry goes in cycles. Yes, I am a fan of the Heels but also a fan of the rivalry.
In the last 5 years, Dook/UNC have played 12 times, the Tarheels have won 6 and Dook has won 6
Over the first 6 games of that series, UNC won 5 Dook won 1.
Over the last 6 games Dook has won 5 UNC won 1.
Yeah...I like basketballBetter Body Sports

Seems like I feel better and better about bench with each session. I wanted to hit 345 X 5 but my tampon came loose and was irritating me so racked it. Oh well, I'll bump that to 355 X 3 on Saturday anyway.
Walking at lunch today along with some "Agile 8" after I coach basketball tonight. Deads on Thursday.Better Body Sports

You're doing what I should have done... more paused benching many weeks out from my meet. Oh well.
I need a snappy name for my band warmup/prehab routine... but, I only have 4 that I do. Fab 4 is kinda homo though. :/
