There is a plan, this meet is the culmination of many weeks and even months of training but, it's not to end here. The idea is to use this meet as momentum and a spring board to what is to not only come training wise but also with meet goals to come. 7-9 to 9-9 is where I want this to land and I'm confident 9-9 is plenty doable. Again, carrying momentum into a new training cycle and a meet in the works sooner than this one.
