Dude I know this is hard to believe but at a powerlifting meet no one cares what you look like. I look like mr potato head with a singlet on and no one cares.

Anyway, yes t-shirt and whatever underwear you normally wear. I suggest an Ogre Wear shirt to represent Team Ogre.
