I ran a meet years ago and during the squat, there was a guy handling this lifter as he came up to the platform and yelled, "500 lbs, you've dated women heavier than this"...

lol for some stupid reason the military requires i be able to run. i keep petitioning for squats to be in our physical to no avail. (i talk sh*t because secretly i have stomach envy)

Could be I am fatiguing as the sets of singles continue (no excuse just trying to figure out why it's happening).

I should be good to go. I've also switched days for decline and bench due to basketball coaching obligations. I'm busy with my son Tuesday and Wednesday so instead of never getting a handoff and training bench late at night, I'm switching it to Saturday after I coach basketball in the morning.
I'd hate to see my bench progress stall out....that is unless my 7-9 year old team wins the championship.....( I kid I kid...I'm not THAT dad...although we do have several in the league )Better Body Sports
