Front Squat
Everything was feeling good so I went a little heavier than I've been going just to test the waters (this is protocol for Wade's Reactive Method) and see how my form has improved with heavier weight. It's not perfect but I'm pleased with the result.

There wasn't any 90s rest between those last two singles .
Make 455 look way too easy. I do feel like you can still get your hips down a little lower to get some more leg into it. I'm not consistent about this but the times when I've got into what i think is a good set up where everything feels real tight, I can barely stay in my stance at the bottom, like I'm about to fall backwards on to my ass.
But then again, your pull has about 75 lbs on mine so keep up the good work!New log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144101461

I know...it's been my signature tweak to Wade's program
I do agree with the hips lower. I think I've made some strides to start a bit lower but it does need to get better.
I think next week is 485 X 6 singles and then the following week I have 515 for 3 singles. If the first one or two feels good, paw paw may go for some retrubution on 530Better Body Sports

That front squat looked much, much better.

Deadlifts were fine.

Strong Deadlifting man.
That front squat looked pretty damn good to me man.
And actually that's only a minor tweak, if at all. I've seen Wade take 10-15 seconds rest on 10-12 singles when he was supposed to take 45 sec. Wade = 1 step ahead of you one once again.

I hope man...looking forward to seeing how it all feels in 2 weeks!!
Thanks Paul!!
Warm ups felt good so I just went with it. When I got to 225 and hit a perfect rep with no belt, I knew it was time to nudge it up a bit.
