We just recently got a circus dumbbell. I think it weighs 115. I haven't done anything but clean it and press it once. It is awkward as hell. Cleaning it was really easy. Trying to find where to put it so I could press it was hard. It felt so awkward. With my shoulders, I haven't really tried to do anything but move it around the gym so far.

We just recently got a circus dumbbell. I think it weighs 115. I haven't done anything but clean it and press it once. It is awkward as hell. Cleaning it was really easy. Trying to find where to put it so I could press it was hard. It felt so awkward. With my shoulders, I haven't really tried to do anything but move it around the gym so far.

The technique is so odd with the circus db. Once you get it loaded up right its actually pretty easy to press.

I sit a CDB in the crook between my delt and trap. Use a slow dip to get drive until you get use to a CDB and only use it every other week at most or it will wreck your shoulders. CHALK!!!!!!!

Squats are getting serious man. When you think about it, it wasn't that long ago that 385'ish was your max. I remember when hitting 405 at a meet was something you were shooting for. Now 385 for multiple work sets.

Pretty soon you'll overtake me on squat.
