I've always dropped my deads because the negative raped my back and I thought you were more likely to get injured easing the bar down.

I'm scared to know what goes on inside of Wade's head so I'll let him explain.


I had already done all the other pulling so I was really warm and it was only for 1 set so I wasn't too worried about getting injured.

It was actually 335...you couldn't see the dimes...

Man, I was fatter than s%^t...I'm still fat, but not as...that was about 355-365

Crazy busy weekend. Could only fit in 3 working sets for close grip declines (280 - 2 X 6 and 260 X 8) and then it was Basketball practice, Christmas parade, Christmas shopping....had to come to work today to get a break!!!

Wade keeps reminding me that it's going to be a process trying to get my form from where it was to where it should be on squats and deads so I just keep at it. Who knew that bench would be my money lift?? LOL
