Like Thad has already stated, it works well for preventative treatment.
As the weather gets colder, my knees always give me hell when I squat.
equiblock plus knee sleeves, and the area stays toasty and doesn't hurt as bad, fairly confident you could take an arrow to the knee and have no idea if you were using enough equiblock.

I think it's funny that the instructions CLEARLY state....not for use by humans and do not put neoprene on top of it.
Well how else am I going to be able to squat and dead Einstein??????
On a side note, I like Tiger balm for upper body as it doesn't need neoprene to activate or should I say...detonate.Better Body Sports

Wade has a guy in our gym use a kettle bell to warm up cos his hips and knees are slow to warm up. Now my buddy swears by that KB warm up. Also, try some capzation (sp?). I love it. If you're not awake when u apply it then you will be mid lift, or as soon as you start to sweat.

I got some tiger balm I would put on my knee that numbing sensation beat the hell out of thriving screw in the knee pain
Its expensive and you cant reuse it. I dont believe those crossfit people loaded.
