In the fed I'll be lifting in, your grip can be no wider than 32" apart (the rings on a Texas Power bar and the bar I lift with in my garage) So Wade had me do illegal wide grip presses as assistance last night

It's getting better by the week. Hoping for a big number @ the meet (and by big I mean more than Matt )
Deads are going to be interesting tonight. I'm going to play around with stance width and hand placement and see if I can't find a place where I can pull myself into shape better than I have the last 2 weeks.Better Body Sports

Obviously I'm no form guru, but, I think the criticism is that your hips are shooting up right as you go to pull.
Rather, pull the slack out before the main pull and sit into it more...
I'm sure you can see that, but you asked for critiques.
Solid workout man. Better step up that Front Squat game though... I have a feeling that 600 lb DL race is gonna be mine if I pull away from you in FS.

I do think I made improvement (albeit small) from last week to this week simply from the fact that I was moving more weight and my low back is not sore at all. Last week my low back was VERY sore after deadlifting (to which Wade informed me it was because my form is sh*t )
I only went to 275 on fronts per Wade's instructions. I have a feeling that 335-340 will go down in the next week or so, so I can stay on your heelsBetter Body Sports
