Bad things happen when you play just the tip and the girl doesn't know it.
Hope it heals man but I gotta question why you are doing any physical activity other than powerlifting, work and sexorzz
EDIT: 3 weeks out from weigh in today and I'm @ a svelte 262. Gonna drop down to 260 over the next 2 weeks and then drop the last ten pounds in water.Better Body Sports

I avoid basketball and softball games like the plague.
I've dropped right at 10 pounds since I got back from vacation (6 weeks ago). The last 2 weeks I've been playing around a little with carb cycling. High carb with cals around 3300 on lift days. Lowish carbs, high fat and cals around 2800 on off days. Protein intake is steady @ 300g per day.Better Body Sports

I'm kind of doing somethign similar right now. Not really trying to have a huge weight change right now so I've been keeping carbs low on non training days. Then eating pretty well on training days.
I feel slightly leaner, weight is right around 185-186. So I like it.

ha ha ha
Just got some WPI in the mail and some other goodies are on the way. I'm getting everything together and starting October 7th. I've never been so excited to be starving for a week
Plus with the higher fat on off days, I've been eating the heck out of ground round at night with a ton of veggies and haven't even really been hungry.Better Body Sports

I'm gonna hop on it soon and do some density bulking I believe. I was just chilling for a bit and cleaning myself up slightly. My weight is exactly where I want it to be come next April. But I'm thinking I have plenty of time to get up to 195 or so, and then do the SA phase and get lean by that point.

No joke.
I've also found coconut milk to be more tolerable when mixed with my espresso shots.
So i do that for my morning.
Then have 2 eggs w/ bacon. or sometimes just ground beef.
tuna w/ a little mayo at lunch and a can of green beans.
then I go full retard after lifting.
But I stay pretty satisfied during the day if I have some fats. mayo in chicken/tuna really holds me over well.
I just wanted to get adjusted to not eating so much during the day. Now that I'm adapating it's actually very convenient. I can drink coffee in the a.m. then my MISC powers are doubled.

First....WTF is 2 eggs. 'Round here it is either a 1/2 dozen or a dozen. Please convert.
Second....Not eating in the morning is awesomely easy. Grazing on lunch meat and cheese all afternoon is very, very awesome.
I am a fan of the 100' away with no zoom avi.

Eggs spike insulin, but the added fat in bacon negates this. Bacon and eggs is the perfect meal during the day as far as CBL is concerned. One of my favorite meals is 6 eggs, shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 lb bacon made into an "omlette" (not very pretty). Perfect for lunch in most scenarios.
Why go home? Don't you work in a shipping department?Strongman Training Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=138026593

It was absolutely serious. May have worked if I didn't have a bowl of ice cream and a can of Pepsi Throwback in each of my hands all while insisting that the Green Bay/Chicago game would be over in "just a second" so she could watch her show (it was the second quarter).
