I alternate every week. It confuses my muscle fibers and leads to bigger gainzz n pumpzz...but only if you drink a protein shake within 30 minutes of your last rep.
They did suck...muh tris were throbbing
I laid on the bench backwards and looped the band around the bottom foot. I used the EZ bar, 2 10's on each side and the light band. It had some ok tension at the bottom but you really had to blast through to get it to lockout.Better Body Sports
