Legs were hella sore by the end of the day so I hopped on the AirDyne...
2:00 pedal
:30 all out sprint
REPEAT 8X
5:00 pedal/cooldown
Basketball practice started last night. It's 7-9 year old boys and I kept it moving pretty good. When I told them practice was over, let's say team on 3...one boy was missing. I looked up and he was crying by his mom.
She looked at him kinda crazy and said "What's wrong??".
He said "Coach made me run too much."
She looked him dead in the eye and said "Shut up and get over in that circle boy"

I believe you got your ass handed to you by a bunch of engineers last night IIRC (no offense Paul)
There is no need to track bball as an Iowa fan. Making it to the NIT is a good season for us. The big tourny is considered an amazing accomplishment here.
Also-y none of you post in my log anymore.

If you are reading here for motivation, then you have already lost the greatest battle of lifting.
So in 8 Weeks of working with Wade I've put 15 pounds on my best paused bench. Not too shabby
Only took me 40 weeks to do that
"Where performance and kicking ass are more important than how you look. Where people eat to live, not live to eat. Where trucks are pushed and sleds are pulled. Where reps and weight are counted, calories are not. Where running isn't "cardio, it's part of training and if you're going to walk for your conditioning you best have something on your back or in your hands"
I haven't done one tricep accessory movement the entire time either.

Maybe we can take the month of December where we usually play a bunch of cupcakes at home and get better and more prepared for the ACC. If we get swept by Duke and State in the same season I may go off the grid for a while.

I think my tris are good. They handled 265 on reverse band pretty well.
My shoulders on the other hand. they're little bitches.

Not sure if we are being trolled by an e-statter here????
SO the video doesn't work for real???
Why am I able to watch it then??
Don't make me take a video OF the video and repost it to youtube
EDIT: Aparrently since I was listening to "Children of the Grave" by Ozzy, the only country where you can watch this video is South Sudan. Who's buying plane tickets so they can witness this ungodly feat of strength on the interwebz???
I will rectify this so I'm not negged and lumped in with e-statters
