Wow I think I'm most impressed with how upright your front squat was. Now just put it on your back and do that same thing. 
Seems like the work you've been putting in is paying off though seriously.
How close to max effort was that?

I no rite??? 
I'd guess its in the 90ish % range. I haven't maxed in a while....just trying to work on staying upright and getting progressively heavier
