I'm sure someone around here has a medium they'll sell you
"Where performance and kicking ass are more important than how you look. Where people eat to live, not live to eat. Where trucks are pushed and sleds are pulled. Where reps and weight are counted, calories are not. Where running isn't "cardio, it's part of training and if you're going to walk for your conditioning you best have something on your back or in your hands"

Not sure about harbinger. I ordered a large forever lever belt. I currently have the 13mm Buckle belt, works great. But its a pain in the ass to take on and off between sets.

You were never off track. You didn't miss, you weren't hurt, the sessions simply didn't work out as planned. You didn't all of the sudden get weak. Your issues were either revealed or worsened when we went heavier and such. It was a week of 3 sessions being less than you wanted out of 4, nothing more. You were consistent, you got better, you learned. Oh, I forgot, you were supposed to train for 15 weeks solid and nothing ever be difficult or frustrating...learn from last week and remember, you trained and got better. You will be better and you are better. You're already making strides to fix the issues and what was strong is only getting stronger.

i love my inzer forever belt. (i've got single prong instead of lever)
I've also heard great stuff about the p2 belt from Elite FTS. Supposed to be more or less broken in when you take it out of the box

I was wondering about the single prong I dont need a super wide belt so those would be ideal.

Yeah, but if you get the lever you have to keep adjusting it when your gut gets bigger .
