I'm planning on starting my 6 weeks cut tomorrow and I thought I'd give keto a try. I heard its a good way to get lean, fast.
What kind of calorie deficit should I be taking in? And what would the pro/carb/fat per BP be?
I've searched it multiple times but all I get is reviews and very little in depth talk of the diet.

I don't spread bro science, my information will be similiar to Ian Mccarthy/Layne/Ogus/Eric helms in the sense that I will base my accusations of of science/studies. although i have not done keto exactly i just dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks on the steak and eggs diet macros were approx 180g prot 120g fat and less then 10g carbs basically i just ate 1lb of rump or ribeye per day a dozen eggs and about 2 tablespoons of mayo as i said lost 10lbs and just over an inch from my waist
i would say the defecit was close to 1000cals little bit to much probably my lifts definately suffered
