I've never measured my chest before until now or even read about other peoples chest sizes, so 41 is just kind of a random number to me. So could anyone tell me if that is bad/average/good for someone of my height and weight and maybe what sort of chest size a well proportioned 200lb 6ft guy might have to give me some kind of idea. Thanks!

Since your tall its not gonna really look big since your tall you should try and get around to 225lbs and you'll look pretty big, like my cousin weighs 200lbs and I am just as big as him and he is 6'3

I never even new this forum existed , i just measured my biceps and chest my chest was 47 inches my arms were 14 and a half, my height is 5 foot 9 inches my weight is 14 stone 8 lbs so I just went to Google and simply said what is the average size chest for A.B.C whatever, and ended up here there's a lot of good information.i just work out for to keep in shape, you have to i am 43 now, I don't feel like I am , i meet guy's i went to school with and some times I don't recognise them they're have gone baldy, or Snow White or have let themselves go so bad that you can't even tell if it's them, I must be just lucky thinking about I still have my hair, and the same colour. I supposed it has to be something to do with genetics, but I suppose if you work out at least you're giving yourself a chance.
