Unless you absolutely love eating so many meals, why eat so many meals?

As for the food... why list food items?

not sure what does being a grad student and what you eat have any direct relation?

For your bulk diet, what is your height, weight, what are your daily calorie and macros look like? are you plan on eating the same thing everyday?

That actually looks pretty good macro-wise.... just don't feel the need to eat 5 meals a day and cottage cheese before bed unless that's what you really WANT to eat. CC is expensive and grad students need to save as much as they can.

What is approximately? How have you tracked it?

It is going to be more expensive to buy from Chipotle and Subway each day then it would to buy in bulk.

Macro-wise it looks good...you just made that up. Is CC or oatmeal 1 serving or 7 servings; is the subway a 500 kcal meal with 40 grams of protein or 800 kcalswith 30 grams of protein? Seriously, you can not make any comment without knowing the amount of food consumed.

IMO you should opt for fresh/frozen chicken breast over canned. Not only is canned chicken breast pretty much unrecognizable as chicken, but probably costs the same if not more per lb. If you are worried about having time or the opportunity to cook, just take an hour each weekend to cook a whole bunch of stuff for the upcoming week. Stick to foods you enjoy to hit your macros. If you truly enjoy canned sardines and canned chicken, go for it
