Hey guys I've been skinny fat since i started weight lifting and still am. I've followed the advice of clean bulking and gained about 8-10 lbs but I still have these flabby man boobs and I'm tired of them. What weight would I have to get down to for them to go away? I'm 181 lbs and 5'11

I'd cut, but next time you bulk definitly change your intake. Seems like you were getting way over your maintance. Looks like some good mass under there though. GL

your BF is up in the 20%+ which is not only making you less attractive it's also unhealthy to be that high. I would definetly recommend cutting. You'd get a higher self-esteem (i dunno if its a prob for u but its always nice to look good) and a healthier body. Try to reach 11-12% cheers!

What weight would you guys recommend me to cut to? I'm guessing somewhere around 150? I don't know when i'll reach 11-12% bf

id recommend not aiming for bodyweight number..but rather focus on the bodyfat %. and nice and slow..*
