Nice. Just bought a 55" sony LCD. Researched quite a bit on Home theater forums about LEDs while I was looking and apparently the edge lit ones can be brighter around the edges or just have a less uniform lighting. A regular good quality LCD is better unless you go full array LED which is obviously more expensive. Not sure if that one is full array or edge lit. We were deciding between the regular LCD and the LED LCD and the Regular LCD looked better even when playing with settings.

Awesome pic. Great size. Looks thin. Solid. Tight.
Definitely an impressive TV. What would make me hesitate is that how much TV you can get for that kind of price is changing so fast. In 6 months, a TV like that or better may be going for half that and you can get something even more awesome for $3500.
Probably not much chance of getting a good 4K TV for that price in 6 months, though. *That* would absolutely be worth waiting for.
