    In the new Mens Fitness (uk version), theres an article on his training. His personal trainer got him from 77kg to 82kg while dropping his body fat from 12.5% to 8%. Thats if you're willing to believe it. So he was about 180lbs.

    The original plan was to use a body double and superimpose his head but he refused saying he wanted the role to be his and he wanted to do all the acting. What they actually did was digitally shrink his body after shooting.

    You guys who say he didn't train legs have got to be kidding, he had Simon Waterson as his trainer. Do you really think Simon would let anyone workout with hitting legs hard. If I had to guess Chris's weight is about 195 and around 8 -10 % body fat. The dude got jacked for this film in a little over 3 months.
