    Whey protein milk and a spoonful of PB natural before bed

    hey I was just wondering if this will help me cut. I know I should be having casein before bed but I don't have any and I will be getting some tomorrow

    If it helps you reach your caloric/macro goal then it's fine. You don't need casein before bed, or any slow digesting protein. Just get enough protein throughout the day and you'll be golden.

    This. Controversial to what most might think (and what supplement companies want you to believe), catabolism of the muscles doesn't happen as quickly as it's made out to be. This is mainly because of the consumption of mixed macros in each meal, which would pretty slow down the digestion of nutrients to the point where even slower digesting protein won't provide any more benefit than simply being aware of protein macros throughout the day.

    Don't listen to them OP, if you don't have milk & PB before bed you can lose all your hard earned muscles in a matter of hours of sleeping.

    After all this time of this forum, haven't you learnt even the basics. The OP will only lose muscle on the right side of his body, unless he's a lefty, in which case he'll lose his hair. Now if s/he's a lefty who is bald, the outcome is more complex but often involves a loss of one's glutes.

    according to the data you posted, you mention that even his penor(muscle) would go into catabolism if he didn't use a casein drip.
