    Lightbulb America's BIGGEST CARDIO MISTAKE!

Everybody goes to the gym, gets on a treadmill, elyptical, whatever... tries to burn a bunch of calories and hopes after a period of time that they are leaner and more defined and most importantly have LESS body fat.
Could it be possible that the body is a little bit more complex than that?

How do you know that you are not burning muscle?
How do you know that you are not burning the food in your stomach?
What if your possible just burning the energy/glycogen stored in your muscles, and not burning fat at all?

Did it ever occur to you that "fat" is the bodies emergency storage... that means it's only going to utilize it...if it absolutely has to, in fact...it's going to do everything in it's power to not to utilize it.

In a financial analogy... you have a checking account and a savings account. Your fat is your body's savings account.

When do you touch your saving's account... only when their is Nothing left in the checking... same with your body.

The truth is their are actually only two times in the day when cardio is effective for fat loss... and those windows are only open if you've set yourself up to success diet wise.

There is a SCIENCE to it people... lean ripped muscular bodies do not happen by accident.
