    Zercher Squats everyday?

    Hello, can you max out zercher squats everyday?
    Seems that maxing out back or front squats everyday is possible, but I was wondering if you can do the same with zercher squats, or is the lower back too stressed?

    Try it OP, also you should try maxing out the bench, squat, and deadlift everyday while doing it. Report back.

    I did have a friend who maxed the deadlift 7 days a week+volume and made decent progress (he was like a 430 puller though)

    his thumbs were black and looked like they were dying tissue though. *I imagine that would also be an issue with the zercher for your forarms

    I assume you got this idea from reading about John Broz's training methods. You should ask him, most of us have never tried them and have no idea how they could possibly work.

    Yeah he seemed to adjust pretty well. *But the only two exercises he did ever were deadlift and pullups

    I maxed on squat every day for a month and a half. *Squat didn't go down or up... but I stopped being able to get excited to lift after a while. *It became as boring as driving*
