Alright so my ball/formal (whatever you want to call it) is in roughly a months time .. and my date needs me to pay for half her ticket so she can afford to go. Ticket costs $90 so I pay $45 for her and $90 for mine, as well as a new shirt, vest and pants, tie etc. That's quite a lot of money on my part (considering I have no job and am 16), and at this point I'm thinking of just not going.
A lot of my friends aren't going, so we can make a night of it (do something that will cost less, yet fun). I don't know :\
