My wife comes home from iraq on dec 1st (roughly). i really want to get rid of my fat and have a toned body(preferrably a 6 pack) . can i cut and do this in this amount of time. Any advice on cutting will help. Thank you

How muscular are you? (Bodyfat percentage) I was a fatty at 6'1" 200 pounds, I have a friend who is 6'1" 207 and not fat at all, very muscular, not super lean, but lean.Originally Posted by zmich
