Talking Finish First with Verti-gal: 12 Week Transformation Joural

I started the BSN Finish First Challenge on July 31st as a way to challenge myself and commit to getting back in shape. I used to be on the boards a lot and made a ton of progress, but a car accident in Jan 09 changed that and it was a while before I could really lift again. Now I'm back with a renewed sense of commitment. I want to get back into all those skinny clothes I bought.

So right now I'm training for a half marathon and doing the 'Moulding the Flawless Upper Body' program from figureathlete.com. So the schedule this week has been, Monday-off, Tuesday 3.0 miles, Wednesday MFUB- day 3 workout (details later), Thursday 3.65 miles.

Pictures are posted on my bodyspace, weight started out as 163.8 the beginning of the week. I'll take some measurements this weekend and get them posted.
    Food:
M1: Mack muffin- muffin thin, cream cheese, egg, EB, tomato, spinach, hotsauce
    M2: oats/PP
M3: WW pasta w/ green beans and cherry tomatoes with grilled ahi tuna,
M4: blackberry "ice cream" (its actually frozen greek yogurt)
M5: Power soup (blended CC and veggies)
M6: grilled chicken breat and pineapple in a curried buttermilk sauce.
There is no elevator to success. You have to take the stairs.

    Welcome back! Glad you're here!
"That's what I want. Period. I want to look like I lift even when I don't flex. I want little girls to be afraid of my abs. I want other women to talk bad about me out of jealousy. I want men to worry I could snap them in half with my legs(yet be oddly turned on by the thought at the same time)." ~me2011

Way to take the next step in pushing yourself to the next level. I'm never planning on doing a half marathon; I'd be amazed to pull a 10k someday. Keep up the work and keep up with the real nutrition.
EAT real food, DRINK lots of H2O, and be MERRY, but keep doing the work.
