Hey everyone, just got done with a 6 month baseball season so I have rarely been able to work out. Im starting again this upcoming monday and im looking to pass where i left off. i would like to build up more muscle and get bigger( but who doesnt LOL). Anyways, i was seeing if i could get any help on a workout split or routine anyone has for me.
im 5'11, 175. looking to try and get to about 190?

DB Press / BB press
Incline DB press / BB incline
DB shoulder press
Upright BB rows
Decline EZ Bar Triceps / machine triceps
Weighted bench dips / dip bars
ABS
Pull Days
Pull-up / chin-upsDeadlifts (every other pull day)
Read Delt DB raise / Bent over DB raiseLat pull down /
Machine Row
sEz curl narrow / straight bar curl
DB hammer curl / Machine curl
Shrugs
Legs
BB squats
Plate lunges
Leg press
Leg extensions
Calf raise
Abs
As always, eat big. Lift hard...or goto planet fitness
