How to get rid of bloated/puffy looking face?

Sometimes I wake up and my face will look a little bloated or puffy, does anyone know how to get rid of that look?

I know celery is good for bloatedness and so is water.

Why do you wake up with a bloated face? Surely there is a reason.

I've wondered about this myself, could it be water retention?

Definitely water retention

My face gets alot hollower when I am dehydrated or hungry.

However after a big night of eating I can be quite bloated.

Hmm...In that case perhaps you should cut back on sodium, MSG and hydrolysed vegetable proteins. I tend to hold water aswell and cutting these out helped me .

Basically eat natural foods and cut back on stuff like ham, bacon, soy sauce and packaged snacks and I reakon it should clear up provided that the puffiness is cause by water retention.

My face is always really bloated in the morning too. I think my explanation though is the cc I eat before bed, with a ****load of sodium. I try to drink about a fifth of a gallon of water b4 bed too, to get that sodium out, but I'm still puffy. Eh, it gets slightly better during the day
