    maybe try one of the all natural wheys with no added ingredients. Allmax IsoNatural is a good one. Only ingredient is whey isolate. No added sugar, sweetners, colors, flavors.

    IMO on a cut you should steer away from whey and eat protein rich whole foods as they are alot more satieting than liquid cals.

    But if you like whey, go ahead and have it.

    Gourmet whey is good.

    I would eat whole food rather then drink my calories while cutting, but that is just personal preference....Whey is probably your best option...I actually do use protein powder but I use it for making cereal concoctions/sludge etc.....It is great for cooking purposes and I recommend any form of chocolate protein powder. Vanilla/strawberry/cookies and creme can be other options as well.

    Satiety will likely be better if you consume solid whole food as opposed to shakes and increased satiety is very helpful on a cut.

    Therefore, I recommend that you consider deriving the majority if not the entirety of your protein intake from whole foods including meat, fish, fowl, eggs and dairy.

    ill second this. ive had bpi, ON, syntha6, myofusion, probably a few more.

    myofusion strawberry whey is still hands down the greatest whey ive ever had.

    BPI cookies n cream is pretty good but its like 190 calories. if I have a double scoop of whey id rather sacrifice the taste for 140 calories i could use toward something else in the day.

    ON Natural Vanilla is good stuff too anyone is looking for a protein without aspartame/sucralose and artificial this and that. Many proteins taste better, but I haven't found a stevia sweetened protein powder that tastes as good.
