Good Morning-
I am posting this because I need a sanity check. I have had a hell of a run at transforming my body. My sucess has been greater then I could have ever expected. I have read thread after thread and web page after web page of information. I have done 12 weeks of pre contest, 8 weeks of Warrior's Diet, IF and KETO. I have learned that some combinations work for me and well some are horrible(keto+IF was a really bad combo for me).
I guess my question is...
What do you guys do when you hit "the wall"? Anyone that has dieted down for as long as I have knows what I am talking about. I am so dedicated to improving myself, that I think I may have lost focus of what works. I keep changing it up and the results are just slowing down. I think I may have actually put on a little BF over the past 4 weeks...not a huge deal, but frustrating since it was def not the goal. IF+Keto for me did not work...horrible way for me to go, so I am stopping that non sense today.
I am going to stop counting calories until next week I think...not saying I am going on a binge, that is not what I am about. I just think I need to hit the "reset" button. When I resume my plan is to do the following:
IIFYM+IF(Eat between 2-10 PM)
40/40/20 Split
Anyone have some feedback? Encouragement?
I know I am not alone...others have hit the wall per-say also...if you have some positive feedback I would appreciate it...I feel a bit defeated at the moment!
Thanks for any support! This community has been a huge part of my success!

Yeah, I hit the wall earlier this year so decided to go on a short mini bulk which worked out pretty well and now back to cutting. You're definately going about it the right way in trying to unwind as so easy to become obsessed with this.
Maybe pickup another hobby for a while as well, golf worked for me during the spring. That'll keep you from always wanting to tinker with your diet and exercise regime if you are already working on something else.
