Okay i am 15, i just purchased Real Mass By Gaspari, hoping to put on some mass and strength to improve for my sport rugby league.
Bench 55kg x 5
Squat 100kg x 5
I dont really deadlift much, when i do i keep it low weight around 40 - 50.
Breakfast - Oats
Recess - Wholemeal sandwich with cheese and ham
Lunch - Fruits and Wholemeal sandwich with cheese and ham
Straight after school - I eat what my mum cooks which is usually chicken, beef or fish.
before workout - I eat a can of Tuna and some dried fruit.
After Workout - I would eat dinner, which is rice with a mixture of either beef, chicken or fish.
Before Bed - I consume dairy products like yoghurt and milk
I am just wondering how many times a day should i take this supplement.
and can i mix as much water/milk as i want? Can u tell me between which times i should be taking this supplement and what i can add into my diet to put on some extra calories, protein and carbs to make sure i gain some weight.
I am currently doing Starting Strength, and rugby training.

Use supplements when your deficient in said nutrients. No supps are necessary to put on mass.

OP, you're 15. Why are you worrying about supplements, meals, macros, counting calories, and nutrient timing? None of that stuff is as important at your age compared to just living happy, lifting hard, and maintaining moderation in all things.
Also, congrats on wasting your money on nothing more than protein powder mixed with sugar (aka the weight gainer).

There is no best time to take it. Nutrient timing is pointless because you're always in a state of digestion throughout the day, unless you go through a prolonged fast, which I will assume that you don't.

It doesn't matter what you mix into it. I could mix ice cream into a protein shake, as long as it fits my caloric goals and macros.

Thanks to Christiffer, phi and petey, I have no need to explain meal timing. However I would like to ask why you don't deadlift much?

EDIT: You are 15, so just read those here to get more informed about nutrition, but you do not need to calculate your need, because the formulas wonÄt be correct !Last edited by vitornoob; 08-04-2011 at 07:40 AM.

You missed the boat there, OP. The best time to take supplements was in the golden age of broscience, which expired years ago. Common sense and more wholistic dietary planning has since prevailed.
My guilty pleasure: excessive cardio.
