You probably cheat and swing the weight. If you don't, just keep on working them and after about a month see if they have improved at all (Measure them now and in a month)

Try doing several different bicep routines instead of just curling a bar
for an example: wide grip bar curl, inner grip bar curl, dumbell curls, hammer curls, ect.

I get what your saying, me and my mate alike in curling yet his are way bigger, do some other excersizes dont worry about that one, do close grip pullups, if you can do alot put some weight between your feet, great excersize absolutely pumps the biceps, also judging by your weight do some compound excersizes, do a heavy deadlift, it absolutely kills your biceps aswell as your back, getting two builds here for 1 excersize, at your weight i would be working on compound excersizes forget the biceps their so small and pointless

    Tricep is a bigger muscle.

Biceps take a while to get big, I've been working out since January with a good friend of mine that is an experienced bodybuilder... yes my arms have gotten bigger. But by like half an inch. (noobs gains fyi)

    It takes time.

ON THE OTHER HAND, my triceps started out huge and have just exploded... I <3 tricep day its like roaroraoraoraroarararaoraroaror.

Squat a lot and I promise your biceps will grow, but on a serious note i personally love when you have small muscle but very strong! Feels more impressive.

I have a 14 1/2 inch bicep unpumped and i only go up to 65lbs barbell. I can curl as 85 as well but chose not to. I feel its better that i do 3 sets of 8-12 in stead of 1.

Also I'd just say do your reps slower and more controlled. Maybe add another bicep excersize if that's what you want.

Recommend doing more compound exercises that involve the bicep... Close grip chin ups are a great start.
I found my biceps were getting much stronger when i held off doing isolation exercises like bicep curls...
