Should i be taking protein shake when i want to lose weight too? doing my workout and running 30 mins a day is that good enough

absolutely take the shake if you can, it's pretty much pure protein for very little calories compared to other sources

of course you need your protein. try and drink 2 a day even I like taking mine when I wake up and after my workout
